Ingredients
  1. 400g Milk Chocolate (Although I used a 390g Galaxy bar)
  2. 5 x Cadbury Creme eggs (40g each)
  3. 1 x 397g can of Condensed Milk
  4. 15g Butter
  5. Optional: Cadbury Mini Eggs for decoration.
Instructions
  1. Turn slow cooker onto high.
  2. Break all chocolate into cubes and place into your slow cooker pot.
  3. Place your Creme Eggs, Butter & Condensed Milk into your cooking pot also.
  4. Stir every 10 minutes for 1 hour, between each stir a skin should form on the top, this is fine just stir until it has gone.
  5. After an hour transfered to a greaseproof lined tray or dish & arrange your Mini Eggs (if using) into the top and place in the fridge to set over night.
  6. Once set remove from the fridge and slice into as little or large pieces as your like.
Extra Trick
  1. Crumble some Mini Eggs in your tray before you pour the mixture over, that way you get a nice crunchy base.

Hey, Over here :)

Hi, I’m Daryl, A Keen Cook.

After having a love for cooking for many years, I decided to make this blog. It’s aimed to be family friendly with meals for busy mums, dads, grandparents, real food anyone can make, easily at home with basic equipment.

I use a range of cooking methods including: Stir-fry, Steaming, Oven, Hob, Slow Cooker, Indoor Grilling, Outdoor Grilling & Smoking. The only thing I tend not to do is deep fry as I air-fry, but never say never.

Often my recipes do not contain onions, due a onion allergy at home. But that’s not always, so please don’t be put off.

You’ll struggle to find perfect photo’s, they’re more real, and on the go, while I’m cooking, none of them are “setup” for this blog just quick snaps taken while cooking, mostly unedited.

Hopefully you’ll enjoy reading. And feel free to contact me at any time.

Big Love
Daryl
